The plastic agglomerator machine is used for granulating waste thin thermoplastic films with wall thickness less than 2 mm. such as,  high and low density polyethylene(HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE), polypropylene(PP) and polystyrene(PS) non woven fabric material, usually, the customer use it for the recycled film material, after crushing washing drying, the recycled PP/PE film scrap still contains 5-20% mositure, which will cause big problem for the next procedure of extruding, at the same time, the recycled film scrap takes relatively large space, so it's better that we can have a machine which can reduce the size of recycled scrap and evaporate the mositure, that's why the agglomerator comes.

   Based on the traditional agglomerator, recently, we design and produce the revised type of agglomerator, a new automatic operation system agglomerator is optional for you now. Matching with the conveyor belt and PLC control system, the agglomerator can realize auto-running from feeding, conveying, agglomeration, discharging, which save the labor and time. the capacity can reach around 800kg/h.

Plastic Compactor Agglomerator Working rules:

    Put the waste into machine pot body, make the material be quickly cut by the high speed rotating, turn the blade and the fixed blade shear, then the material will be driven along the pot wall by the knife dish centrifugal force function.

The high speed friction of material itself and friction of pot wall and blades produce much friction heat, making the materials temperature rises to the half-plasticization condition. Before the materials block together,  quantitative water will be spraied to the material.

When the cold water touch the hot materials,  it will gasify and take out the surface heat soon , making the surface of the materials cool quickly and avoid blocking, then after crushing effect between rotary blade and fixed blade, this merely blocked half-melted material will be to into particles(irregular size materials).

  During the crushing, you can also join the appropriate color pigments according to needs.
